Been useing this to change up my routine
Lately. Usually I hit chest or legs or back etc. For a hour each day. Just focusing on a specific area for my hour or so workout. This is a 1 1/2 hr or 2 workout for me. And I'm feeling it at the end. https://www.jimstoppani.com/training/full-body-shortcut-to-size
