Hello to all,
I joined the forum yesterday and didn't realize I was supposed to complete an intro to introduce myself. My bad fellas!!!

I am 45 years old and have been lifting consistently over the last 20 years. Over last 6 years I started on HRT with a cut and bulk cycle each year. I am very old school when it comes to diets and routine as I keep this very simple to avoid any guessing.

My hope is to expand my knowledge within this forum community and also give back to other what I have learned.

Thank you all in advance.
Gu

Welcome, you mean Kins hasn't gotten ahold of you yet...?
I'm thinking he did in the other thread, or maybe SuraOnyx.

Welcome to Hardcore

I also did not know to introduce myself. I am a 40 year old man who lifted in the late 1990s to the mid 2000s until I had to go on a maintenence regimen because I started working 2 jobs to support my familia. I'm now back full throttle into my weight pile in my backyard. I ride a Road King and have a blonde bitch for a wife and 2 great kids...thanks.

Seems that it's first time in a forum, it's supposed you should open a thread of your own to introduce yourself, but don't worry, you'll learn in the process.

By the way, I think english is not your main language, right? Anyway welcome to HCU!

Wow bro, your English is as bad as mine it seems. I came here looking for some un-biased real talk. And yes, this is my first forum for I live a full life and don't have much time on my hands to fuck around. So thanks for the warm reception. Best Regards.
