So, I have been using Synthetek brand IM carnitine. First bottle was flawless. Not a speck of pain, or issues. I got a couple more bottles and started my second several weeks after finishing my first. Now, no matter what I do. Starting a couple hours after pinning i get a massive amount of inflammation and pain. Initially in nodules. Tried switching to a 1ml insulin needle and being diligent about rolling the area immediately after and also using a foam roller later. No nodules but now the areas get generalized swelling and pink. It goes away after about 4 days. It just hurts so bad that I cant lay on that side ect. The carnitine helps in so many ways. Balances my BG, hormones, mood. It's just bizarre. I've never had issues with any other injection. I can do 5ml of glutathione/vit c in my butt cheek with a huge needle with zero issues. I am wondering if anyone knows how to navigate this? Thanks!
