So turns out I've fucked up my sacrum pretty good...big herniation. Pain was really bad in lower back and left leg for a few weeks, which is what led me to get an MRI.
Saw the spine doc yesterday and he is sending me to physical therapy 2x/week starting next week. No spine loading exercises like squats, deadlifts, bent over rows, etc. For 4-6 weeks for now.
The goal is to not have surgery because I'm only 29 and back surgeries are a mother. Anyone have experience with a similar disc issue? How did you overcome it?
Thanks!
