Ok guys. I just got bloods back. Everything is good but my fucking hematocrit was 54. I don't understand how but my question is this...

I just start tren ace/test prop combo cycle along with 50mg of tbol

I got lab orders for another CBC test two weeks after I donate blood (which I am going Saturday)

So should I continue on with cycle? Or after I donate just stay on trt?

I wouldnt worry too much but def get your ass to a blood donating center and do a double red donation if you can. Give at least whole blood if you cant. Then.... go give blood as much as you can. I can tell when my hemocrit is high and ill rotate between 2 different blood centers if i have to. Give double red every couple months to keep that shit down. 54 is nothing to freak out over I've been over 60 esp when i run eq for some reason. But seriously go give blood on a regular basis.

Go donate as much as possible!

You said u don't see how!!!

Brother I am 41 I am on trt I have an order to do therapeutic phlebotomy as often as every 3 weeks I go between 3 and 6 depending on #.
I have been doing this for 3 years.
I went this past Wednesday and
Hemoglobin was 17.2 and hematcrit was 51%
5 weeks before I was 16.9 hemo
And before that I went every 3 weeks since Jan hemoglobin was 16.8
At trt bloods started blast deca test dbol mast in 3 weeks I was 19.6 hemo hematcrit 55% so I went every 3 weeks till I got it down to normal ranges!!!
This is constant battle with some of us depending on genetics with using gear!!!

Do this donate as much as u can.
Take 2 baby aspirin twice a day every day I do Dr orders
Take fish oil 3000 mg everyday
Cut down on iron because steroids Lower hepicedin in liver which controls iron absorbsion and the more absorbed the more fuel to make more red blood and stimulate erythropolis!!!
Drink much more water, increase potassium get your 5000 mg a day so u are properly hydrated and blood not as think.
Just being not hydrated can increase hemoglobin and hematcrit thickness and concentration.
If u can go do double red blood.
I am grateful my Dr saw about this for me. Mine goes up just on trt dose!!!

Yeah brother. I drink tons of water. I take baby aspirin. Have been for many years. I take fish oil (upping the dose) I just need to donate more often. You think if I stay on tren/test prop cycle the donation won't do much as far as h&h is concerned

It's still possible u were not properly hydrated.
I am on
Tren a 50 a day
Test prop 50 a day
Mast p 150 a day
Anavar 40 workout days pre workout
I am staying ok
Coconut water drinking daily and apricot sweet potatoes those high potassium foods and water coconut helped me a lot.
No balanced sodium and potassium will not allow proper hydration blood is like 90% water. So think of this!!!
Go either donate do double red blood
Find blood drives from different blood banks hit extra ones!!!
Here we have red cross and united blood services
My dad has o- and he does this to help people and they never noticed or didn't care as long as hemo is up on pin prick!!!
Steroids though turn them away!!
Deca and test both high cause it more
I can't touch eq or adrol
U should be alright go donate and see where u at on prick after following hydration tips.
U can always do cbc again later.
It takes 90 days for cycle of red blood in our bodies so u would have to cruise for at least that to get it down.
If u are on trt get an order to go more secondary polycythemia

I donate while cycling all the time. They keep calling me asking when I can come back.
They need blood and that % in blood will all be bound to proteins by the time someone gets the blood. Then its 1 pint out of what like 12--16, i think. The gear I mean prolly will not be active anymore.

Right on!!!
I have been going for sometime.
If i am not superhydrated I can bring it down approx 1.5 points on a single whole blood donation
So u prolly around 15-15.5 now.
The hematacrit is % of red blood inside whole blood!
Other things are proteins, plasma, water, and white blood cells!
As I said before impaired kidney function and improper hydration affect this %!
How much water u drink us only part of It!
Too much water can make things worse because u can flush out minerals needed for hydration!
If your hematacrit was 54% and your hemoglobin was 19.5 then hydration wouldn't be the issue.
But if u are 54% at 17.5 then I would say u not properly hydrated!!
I have based my opions off going every 3-5 weeks with my therapeutic phlebotomy with Dr orders I researched and I tried different things!
Potassium daily intake needs to be at 4500 mg most people do not get enough!
Sodium most do. Improper balance of there two potassium and sodium and too much water defends purpose even more!
A lot of bp meds or notorious from causing this!
Just my 2cents!
