Hi,

New member, Im 31 years old, have done 4 cycles in 3 years (anavar only lol, test e/mast, tren e/test e, tren a/test p/winstrl) I would like to go back to training after breaking my elbow in december. Got surgery, bones healed but I have some "leftover" cartialge damage that may never heal apparently but who knows....

Will try deca next time I cycle to see if I could train somewhat intensely without further damage to my joint. Im trying to find new ways to train around my injury, bought arnolds encyclopedia lol although I probably will never have big arms ever (but will focus on abs, legs and shoulders). Anyway, I was a member at OLM but decided to register here because I was looking for new sources to get my gear. I want to get to 50 posts as is usual with new members for obvious reasons and this is my first!

Sorry about your injury. I'm still recovering from foot surgery as well. Good luck in recovery process and welcome to the board.

welcome. youll find everything you need here, without a lot of the bullshit that some other boards have.

just curious, how did you break your elbow?

Welcome to HCU. Besides the deca you mentioned there are several peptides that can help with recovery. HGH, IGF-1, and TB500 to name a few. Check them out.

Thanks! looks like this forum is busy, got already more replies than when I tried posting on OLM ! :)

Hi! well,

I fell twice on an icy sidewalk when I was visiting mtl last december, first time I landed on my butt and arm I got up, walked three steps and fell again second time on my bent elbow, the joint was dislocated, I was in a lot of pain so I flew back home, got it realigned at the chiropractors without the proper xrays clapping111 (i live in mexico hahaha) and turned out one of the 3 bones that join and the elbow was broken, now I have 3 pins and a plate... no pain but mild osteoarthritis.

The accident was very minor in my opinion and the outcome was awful! I was on pct and took aromasin throughout the cycle and on pct with nolva, I do not have proof (bloodwork) but I believe the density of my bones was decreased from having my estrogen too low for too long. I will never use aromasin without monitoring my estrogen with blood tests next time (or wont take it at all, will try nolvadex and a low dose test-p with proviron and high dose npp for my next cycle, still working on that)

Never heard about tb5000, will look it up! Im planning to take hgh for 6 months and do a 2 month npp/proviron/test p cycle after the first 2 months of hgh only, do the 2 months of pct on my last two months of hgh +tongue

lOISTEN TO YOUR BODY- START LIGHT IN ANY TO ASSESS IF IT BOTHERS YOUR ELBOW- START LIGHT - THERE REALLY I NO NEED TO LIFT HEAVY ALL THE TIME- JUST FOCUS ON SLOWING THE CADENCE OF YOUR REPS LIKE 3 SECONDS UP 4-6 DOWN- DURATION OF STRESS AND CONTRACTION IS WHAT CREATES , " HYPERPLASIA " FIBER SPLITTING. LATER WHEN YOU ARE COMPLETELY HEALED, ALTERNATE WAYS HEAVY BUT NO MAX WEIGHTS WILL INCREADE THE SIZE OF FIBERS BUT THE SLOW DELIBERATE WILL SPLIT THE FIBERS - IN BODYBUILDING , VARIETYIS THE SLICE , SPICE OF LIFE. that's LITERALLY WHAT THEY HAVE ALWAYAS MEANT BY THE WORD CYCLE- CYCLE YOUR MACROS MEANING DO LIKE A KETO DIET FOR 2-3 DAYS, THEN MODERATE CARBS FOR FEW BUT ALWAYS HIGH PROTIEN, OUR BODIES THRIVE ON CHANGE JUST BECAUSE SOME THING WORKS FOR 6 WEEKS YOU CHANGE AND GO BACK T IT SO YOU NEVER GROW STALE

Thanks for the advice, I agree totally with having variety and looking in the bright side I'm learning how to train again around my injury, feels like when i was 20 and starting to lift, I'm learning new excercises and focusing more on my joint health!

Welcome, hopefully you heal up fine. I fell in the driveway a few years back on ice, landed on point of my elbow, which chipped.
I never did go get it fixed after x-rays confirmed, but it still hurts to this day. (One day I'll just go get everything fixed, elbow, shoulders, spine/disc, etc)... Bionic man.

Thanks, in my case the cartilage shows clearly serious damage and i was told it was going to get damaged during surgery from the plate and pins I got in place. so I'd have preferred to skip surgery altogether and experience some slight pain probably although in my case it was not an option... no pain yet! hope you get your elbow fixed too!
