Good day to you all! I'm new to HU. I've been active on OLM for a few years (Dalinkwent). I'm just here to learn and make some new friends along the way.
A little about myself.
I'm in my mid 30s. I started lifting back in 2010 as means to lose weight and get in shape. At the time I was an unsightly 274 lbs. The gym became my 2nd home... by the end of 2015 I was down to 181 lbs. Bench press was 355, squat 405 and deadlift 405.
Since then I've had some life changes that have diverted my focus (divorce, job change) but ive been working my way back to being in better shape than I was before.
I'm currently 211 lbs... I'm working on my meal prep and my workout routine (i was doing cardio before work at 5am and weights after at 6pm but the change in jobs has affected tht routine). My goal is to get back to a respectable 180 lbs and hit 405 on my 3 main lifts.
I dont know everything...just enough to be dangerous. I've ran some cycles. About 3 years ago i went full blown TRT (dr recommended, but not dr supervised).
I appreciate any insight and help that comes my way. Happy to be here brothers (and sisters)!
