Starting 4 ius/day for fat loss and healing (shoulder injury). Also running 60 mcg off.

2 ius upon waking.

I lift around 7pm. Better to hit the GH pre workout and IGF post? Or GH AND IGF post? If post...what about my shake ( carbs protein and creatine)?
 
And take GH 2.5 hours pre workout peaks in 3 hours you want it too peak during training

Doesn't matter much. I would time them depending on intake, if you are having carbs pre and intra then go for the igf pre. If not do post before the postworkout meal. And don't let the drugs dictate your meals and timing, other way around.

Thanks Rambo. So you don't think having my post workout shake with carbs immediately following a post workout shot of GH will blunt it's effects? I prefer post workout IGF because of my post shake.

So are you are saying the timing of GH doesn't matter much? I am starting taking 2iu a few hours after waking up 2 days ago. I work 12 hour swing shifts so on day lights I wake up at 4am and I wake up at noon on my mid shifts. Its my first gh run and I only plan on going up to 3 or 4 IU. I want to run this for a long time and I am thinking money wise its smart to run a lower dose longer than higher shorter. Maybe I am wrong on that but I should keep it low at 1st to see how I respond.

No, nothing blunts GH. Don't believe the garbage you read online, there was theories regarding carbs/fats blunting GH release. This has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH EXOGENOUS GH. Something injected can't be "blunted" you just injected it.
 
Insulin release suppress natural GH production if your injecting exogenous growth then what your pituitary is doing means nothing

No in the grand scheme of things it's splitting hairs, for various reasons you can play with timing and basically move the peak around which would make one aspect of GH shine more. For example for bulking before meals, pre or post training makes sense....for cutting fasted in the AM, before cardio makes sense. For general anti-aging prebed does wonders, best recovery time is when you sleep, etc. Based on what's convenient at the time or based on desired results/goals at the time I move my dosing around and change things up but generally it will all work pretty much the same.

Best solution is have more money so you can take 2 ius at all of those times 😀

Hey Rambo I appreciate all your knowledge in regards to HGH, you have some interesting insights..,I do have a question for you...have you ever tried alternating days of HGH followed by a day of multiple dosings of Ghrp2/6 and cjc no dac for an extended period of time? If so what were results with a protocol like that?

I've never done it that way. I see no benefit in skipping days, I actually believe more frequent dosing results in higher igf. When I am up for it I split my gh and peps into multiple shots a day. People who use eod protocols are just trying to save money, if you can't afford it just don't run it. I rather run a couple iu a day then run a higher dose eod. Every day dosing is superior, no question about it in my eyes.

for me, lr3 when wake up and HGH before bed. simple.

This is just my opinion but I have noticed that protocols with more frequent dosing appeared to result in higher igf levels. I try not to do more then 3iu at once. But this is also to avoid sides, large bolus doses tend to cause more sides such as lethargy. Another reason is to capture key times such as AM, peri-workout, or prebed. Sometimes I just like to keep things simple, currently I take 3iu daily in the AM.
