GH on empty stomach?

There seems to be a lot of contradicting information regarding the administration of HGH. Some people claim it is rendered practically useless if you consume fats or carbs within 45 minutes before or after administering. Others claim it does not matter.

I have been told that the fat/carb issue actually only applies to peptides, because they blunt your natural release.


What's everyone's opinion?
 
You can’t have sugar around while gh injecting. That why most people hit gh as soon as they wake up, take a shower and get ready, by that time you can eat breakfast. Another way is to inject after the workout since all carbs will be burnt up but I would only inject 10iu or more after a workout. But yes you are correct, no gh around food!!!
 
Honestly I’ve never noticed a difference whether I took it first thing in the morning or at bedtime when I’m not fasted. I always have been under the impression that the non stop elevated igf levels from gh is where the real benefit of gh is, when you’re running a low to moderate dose, (2-5 iu)not the actual active life of the gh which is like 3-4 hours isn’t it?
 
I use in AM fasted.
I use faster 1 hour before and 1 hour after when I use at other times.

Sugar or insulin will blunt igf release in liver that hgh causes and hgh also causes glycogen production in liver that will elevate blood sugar so glucose will combined with hgh glycogen chain reaction can cause some insulin resistance and risk of type 2 diabetes can become real.

I may be wrong it's been awhile I will re-read.
With lower 2iu dose it's not as important but higher dose is.

No carbs or sugar 1 hour before and none 1 hour after

U wanna use hgh with 1 hour fast on both sides period!! This is why hgh uses stored fat for energy!!
U will not burn fat when it's available for fuel same as carbs. Know people disagree but body uses what is avaiable and can metabolize before it goes to stores.

Hgh on fast goes to stores.

Same rule should apply when injecting hgh!! It's a chain of events and until liver is converting stores into glucose and igf release u shouldn't have anything in tank!!!
Also hgh release is necessary for receptors to unlock and allow igf in. Upon hgh release it's cells that sense and send signal to liver for fuel to be produced by stores and igf produced, all this part in liver.

It's like using igf!! It's useless without this chain reaction. So igf has to be used with timing if natty hgh release or injected hgh release. If u don't u will just get pump and receptors will not unlock for hyperplasia (cell splitting and growth)

My quickest answer to reasoning, I would eat or consume lots of protien then wait 45 minutes for MGF then bang the 10iu.
Hgh has set table natty already during workout so receptors will take IGF in

Makes sense.

Can your body efficiently utilize that much exogenous GH without also introducing exogenous insulin?

10iu or more after the workout for muscle building purposes. Also on ur fat question, you don’t want the body trying to do anything else rather than converting the gh, the best bang for the buck is when your free and clear of food while injecting gh.

Are you referring to the blast protocol I've read about? Like 10ius Monday, Wednesday and Friday post workout? Or simply 10ius/day? Damn that would be expensive, lol!

Driving excuse me!! But this works. Gonn a start I got around 5mg IGF lr3 atm

I need to pick up some igf and give it a shit as well. What have you noticed the most from it? Does the LR3 really have a localized effect where it is injected?
