During my years of experience i have seen that this two muscle groups are probably the most neglected ones; I believe people neglect their forearms cause the feel they already have received enough work. I believe some people neglect the calves training cause the don't really care for them...kind of laziness or thoroughness to train well. Me , i train my fore arms always with my biceps day, right after and i do it like this: I finish the biceps work out with an exercise for the brachialis and long supinator, like hammer curls or pronated grip arm curls; so the end of biceps is the beginning of fore arms and then i usually super-set wrist curls /reverse grip. My calves i hit the twice as frequent as he rest of the other muscles..my calves have always lacked of size, but good shape...i train them as hard as i can, usually : standing calve raises 6+20 and calf extension on the leg press machine 6+20.
How do you train your fore arms and calves

I train forearms with arms and back, and do calves 3 days a week and keep reps high and do a couple heavy sets cause your pounding them all day if your walking at work so there used to your body weight

I always finish Arm day with wrist curl and reverse curl super set as when that's done I can hold onto the bar anymore. I end my leg day with fairly heavy sitting calf raises as the soleus can handle heavy weights and then do calf raises with lighter weight but keep my reps above 15 and after that is done walking is a chore.

Always do reverse curls with both, ez-bar and straight bar... I also have a wrist roller at home. 10lbs goes far. crazy pump

Do you know what's even more neglected than forearms and calves? NECK! Have a neck harness at home as well, great piece of equipment
