Wife is looking to enter the realm of AAS. I have no knowledge really regarding females diet/exercise/AAS. Any of you guys have a female that would be willing to talk to my wife and help guide her a bit? Life kicked the shit out of her this year w a blood infection that nearly killed her. 8 surgeries later and she has a scar by her midsection thats really hit her. She could use proper guidance. Thanks bro’s!!!!

I’d only advise women to use Anavar. Could use a small amount of Dbol but that’s pretty much it.

Some "can" use miniscule amts of test also, like 10-15 mg/week. and do just fine.

Unless of course your Kim chizevsky....!

Wow. What mens division is she in . Ill only put her probably on VAR but she needs nutrition / macros / program help. I have no clue about any of that with a woman. Does anyone know a female here I can hit up? Come to think of it, maybe we should seek some members and make another portion for women only. Thx!

She is looking for fitness model type physique. Currently is holding a bit of fat in thigh and ass area. Light in small of back. She wants to do a transformation. Cut the fat and start some muscle building. I have no clue on macros or anything for women and was gonna do the VAR or M1T route but I have concerns about toxicity with the M1T. She tried 1-Test for 2 weeks and was doing amazing on it but BOTH inject sites got infected! Unreal. She is in the medical field and all protocol was followed so no more injects for her. Main thing is cals/macs. She has pretty much settled on the thinner, leaner, stronger workout program but will probably switch out all barbell for dumbbell as I do. I havent used a barbell in years. Just dont have enough info to look at her body and design a nutrition plan for her taking in to account her AAS / Phentermine supps and what ever else a woman needs

the girls i help have gone full bb for sure its crazy that they have changed as much as they have 1 runs more tren then me but damm she looks bad ass for sure
 
Maybe D can make a womens training forum on here and we can encourage woman to join?
