Hi folks, was invited to this great site by D-RED and I love it!!! My question to all DNP current and past users. I will be running 200 mg per day for 2 weeks. My diet is in check at 3200-35000 per day 250ish protein, 300ish carbs and 75-90 grams fats. All calories from quality sources. I have 22 years training I'm 5'11" 220lbs at 7-8 percent. Veins and abs popping. I'm looking to just tryin to drop additionial cardio due to injury as all forms bother it.(knee) My plan is to not change a thing diet wise and workout as my body tells me. But planning to still hit gym, just with less intensity. Just a safe dosed DNP cycle and maybe drop some % points in BF. Sound reasonable???? Thanks for input.
