Couple pics of my current condition

Rc diet is the hardest, but it will make the biggest difference. There no substitute for diet, you can't put work it, out train it, you can't add more gear to make up for it, it's the hardest bc it's the one thing that can't be substituted.

We're about the same size, height and weight wise. I am 6'2.5" 252lbs.

I want to watch you progress. We have and advantage at our size. We can put away calories and lean still. It's all about timing and eating the right ones.

Agreed. I have been staying right around my maintain weight calories of 3k or so. I dont watch the macros as close as I should, but have been eating clean amd organic whole foods primarily the better part of 8 months. Feel great! Loosely training for a throwing competition next summer, so not looking to shread, just look better.
