Last Sunday I worked out early did my cardio right after, then i did everything i had to do..i spent like 5 hours without a meal...i was preparing and setting up a level of starvation to receive the cheat meal; i eat a whole medium size pizza with a pepsi and after an hour ice cream. I felt so bad, the pepsi irritated my upper gastric area so much...i knew it. I did it cause it has been so long, 4 months ago ate a Mexican sandwich, and before that i spent 7 months without a cheat meal. It dont work for me ...for some people a cheat meal is like the light at the end of the tunnel, for some others is awaited reward, etc. Diet has never been stressful for me i have always enjoyed the benefit of proper nutrition over the momentary satisfaction of flavor. I love staying focus and having power over food, i love the daily preparation of buying, cooking and actually walk out of the house with the food a need for the whole day. I love the concept of discipline and structure in it. Specially in my area of work i see all the time how people just switch an addiction for another.
