Cheat meal / cheat day / carb loading

Well i believe depends upon individual necessities and purpose, but one thing i have learnt : no pigging out...even a massive eating has to have structure. This is what i will do after this 4 weeks on 30 grs : tomorrow load up on carbs
, no-sweets yet, pizza, pasta, etc so i dont loose what i have gained and keep going low carb during the week and repeat the weekend loading.
How do you structure your cheat meals or day?
 
Lately for me everyday I had a cheat. I contracted salmonella and lot about 10lbs so I've been eating pretty much anything to try and keep my weight on.
