Anybody have this before. Thought I had an issue with my rotator cuff. Started researching it and realized the pain was bicep tendonitis. Relieved it’s not the rotator, but wondering what the recovery time is and how to rehab it quick as possible... definitely thinking gh and bpc157, but any routines or things to avoid? Take time off?
