Battling T3 flatness or just letting it happen

T3 is one hell of a supplement. It’s crazy how even with gear it can leave you feeling and looking flat and stringy.
How many of you are mentally strong enough to let it run its course, or do you do certain things to counter the flatness. Because I’ve seen lots of people struggle with the body dysmorphia.
I’m not new to this so yes I understand eating carbs and all that will help, but seeing as t3 is primarily used for cutting It almost seems counter productive to just increase caloric intake.
But Maybe you up your carb intake and lower fats to keep similar caloric intake?
Let me know some of your experiences!
I don’t usually dose t3 high. Only done it a couple times to try it out and that’s when I felt super flat. I tend to only take it on tren between the 25mcg-50mcg range and it helps tremendously with lethargy.
 
That’s why guys run slin to battle this effect. Anything that will flatten you out I always run slin to keep my look!!

I haven’t put much thought into the slin path yet. Although I know it’s easy and I’m a smart guy I have some irrational fear I’ll die lol

Agreed with most of what's said Here, I am running t-3 myself. I've done it a few times in the past, and have probably ramped up to 100mcg + it's been a long while. Tho.

Decided to ramp slowly up.to 50mcg, and 100t4,so 2 D-rdds t-3 upon waking empty stomach, 1 tab Rambostallone t4 (which was tapered up to 200mcg, then back down as I incorporate the t-3, and thus is where I'll stay until deciding to ramp "down" gradually.

Of course this is with my gear/GH/couple Sarms.
10 day course of Clen/followed by 10 day of "no" clen ( in place is a variety of fat burning stacks including DMAA/Narangin/coffee (for the caffeine component ) and sometimes just plain ole ECA & Narangin.

But I feel.if you stop (hold your dose at 50 mcg ) and keep calories sufficient (you don't have e to diet "real" hard with this way, just get ur macros + some because you will.need. Slight surplus of Cal's on t-3 & hopefully GH..?
I can get away with eating shit a few times a week and stay cut like this.

Too much t-3 "Will" chew up hard earned muscle.

All experimentation, trial & error , for me I just don't like falling below 200lbs, but the look is crazy .

Yeah And the gear/t3/stimulantslike clen are crazy to the point where you don’t even have to diet as hard. But I never use it as an excuse to just eat bad whenever. I think the effectiveness of this stuff is a bad perspective where a lot of beginners or people looking into trying it get bad ideas.
In the long run eating like shit and pumping your body full of drugs is just not worth it. But then again you see plenty of “gym bros” in the gym running gear and eat like shit and their physiques Speak for themselves. Some of these dudes run grams of gear/are cocky and look like a pile of shit and these are the guys that give enhanced athletes a bad rep.
But I can definitely attest to eating like shit sometimes just cuz of Tren making me want to inhale ice cream and me waking up leaner the next day Haha.

I’ve also heard of some people running like 100-200mcg of t3 and it blows my mind. They had to of been running some kind of slin like Roc was talking about he does with it.

Speaking of ice cream, years back (bout 11 ) I did a show
Won my class Heavy, qualified to do National level, did nothing with it, will.still.try to qualify again, soon I hope.

But up to that show, I got away with eating 1/2 pint, sometimes the whole pint 2-3 times a week, of Been & Jerry's Cherry Garcia, and 2 others that I loved, (I*Needed* ) the calories because if the GH & t_3 Ended up a 202 HW, low end, but felt, looked great.@ 42

Going on fifty three, still near that same condition. Just want to get more muscle.maturity, I certainly haven't peaked, 225 would be Grand..!
 
I run t3 at 50mcg everyday with t4 100mcg
With hgh 4-5 iu
Never flat.
And gear of course.

I eat all I want carbs sugar sweets whatever.

Atm I am just getting leaner bf low and Sri no need to eat clean
But doing high intensity but nothing flat to speak of. I just am able to eat more and still lose fat!

I run/ramp T3 up to 125mcg. And anybody that knows me knows I'm a less is more advocate. The difference is, I don't take T3 and use it as an excuse to eat shit. I always run Test with my t3 to offset any catabolism that might occur.... and stack Clen with it.

With hgh if I don't use t3 at 50mcg everyday min my thyroid is too surpresssed. Can't stay awake and get edema in hands bad!!
The extra food is just added bonus but I always had fast metabolism can cut easier than bulk

Lol... Yea, you're one of those "lucky" guys that can get away with it. I can do some "cheating" but I can't get carried away. I have an Ectomorph metabolism, but it rides higher up towards the meso end of the scale.

I have read lots your posts in certain logs in cutting, diet, nutrition and all that advice with training I have learned alot from u!!

I do a perpetual clen t3 cycle past 15 years. Never happen to me. Then my advice to all my clients is drugs don’t cut diet does . You may consider your diet . Usually flat is result of improper macro ratios and that only you can answer . If you are trying to lean out I recommend varied macro intake where you go low carb one to two days then medium two then low one then high then repeat . Keep protein high and eat good fats on low carb day - it tricks metabolism yet you get fuller on the higher days etc

Don’t let the ignorant people scare you ! Time your sugar intake set alarm always keep oj or glucose tabs on hand . If you eat carbs when you are suppose you will never have issue. If you don’t yes but honestly I can’t ever get how person forget ??? Eat that so simple lol
 
Motor city gave best advice : “ trial and error “ experimenting “ . You will as you do things learn how you react . Just make sure you do things in small / slow pace . Really listen /feel your body . Tired, dizzy regardless if you are dieting is body saying ( feed me ) it’s the quality and amount that’s significant

Appreciate all the great input. I’ll try slin in the near future as well. Trial and error is always the best.
