1 month in fall bulker progress pic!

So im a month in on this bulking contest and making some pretty good progress.. Im actually down 3lbs, but feel a lot tighter and leaner..*
My cycle is basic, low dosed, and simple.
500mg of Sust 250 ew
500mg of Deca 250 ew
500mg of EQ 250 ew
50mg of drol ed, weeks 1-5
I plan on running this for 16 weeks.. Weeks 11-16 I plan to add 50mg of D-Line winny + 25mg Drol ed to finish it off strong and tight..
Feel free to critique or give your thoughts and input.. Goals here are clean bulk, and as much strength as possible..
My lifts are mostly compound tri sets, with explosive training.. And will be anywhere from 4-5 days per week..
All my gear is and from D-Red's, Red Line. And it is some awesome S#!T, let me tell ya!!

My food intake is simple, lots of fruit post workout, almonds, Brazil, and macadamias daily, lots of greens daily, 200grms of animal protein daily, 10 egg whites first thing upon rising, 4 hard boiled eggs daily, a shit ton of brown rice daily, and roughly 80-100grms of whey daily.. I feel great, and like I said the gear im using is amazing!!

That top pic was taken yesterday, bottom pic was taken about 1 month prior..

Thank you for taking the time kind sir! It's been awhile since I've done a bulker like this, but I'm finding that it's coming back fast.. Just gotta keep up with them calories!

Thanks man! Yeah, I'm 6'5", and God has blessed me with one hell of a wingspan.. Same with my calves.. If I even consider working either or, they grow.. My problem lately has been quads, hammys, and glutes.. I do so much kicking and bouncing around with Thai Boxing that for some reason the upper portion atrophy.. I guess a simple fix to that would be more squats..lol..

Great work, you should think about adding 1ml of each oil for last 8 weeks, would avoid any diminishing gains and keep you hummin for 2nd half, but would probably need some type of AI then.

Thank you! It's been a lot of fun, especially considering how this year started out. On 3/6 I was admitted to the ER, in severe abdominal pain, and later found out that my pissed off gallbladder had infected my liver and pancreas.. So I was rushed in for an emergency removal of my gallbladder.. And if that's not bad enough, they had to do it as an open procedure because of existing scar tissue.. Then, after the 16 staples were removed I had a massive hematoma/blood clot rupture and it split me wide open.. The surgeon decided it'd be best to leave me with this gaping wound, and to just do a wet to dry pack daily.. Very long recovery, and even longer learning how to eat again.. And that is what makes this so bad ass!! I can eat like I'm supposed to, and train like I want to..
I like the idea of the 1ml increase.. Haven't gone that high with 3 different compounds since the good ol days of MX/TJ.. And I have plenty of Nolvadex to help prevent any binding, and aromasin to keep estro under control.. At my current dosages it's not an issue, but any more and it almost surely will be..

Yes, that scar that runs along the side of my abdomen is from the gallbladder surgery.. The scar that runs from my sternum down past where my bellybutton should be is from the 2 gun shots I took in the back.. Hard to see it because of my hand placement, and hence the reason they had to open me up for the gallbladder.. I have too much scar tissue and the surgeon was not able to do it laparoscopically..
I definitely had to learn how to eat again.. I would get terrible pains, and insane acid reflux anytime I'd eat a greasy meal..ie (a fat ass pastrami sandwich from the local grease pit )
Ive kicked up my fiber intake, added digestive enzymes and quit drinking.. Along with smaller portions.. And that has helped tremendously..
Man, I tell ya, the human body is amazing and very strong.. When I was shot, the bullet fragmented 3 ribs, collapsed my right lung, and took part of my liver out.. So toxins filled my body while I was bleeding out.. A BIG THANK YOU TO GOD FOR KEEPING ME AROUND AND BRINGING ME BACK TO LIFE.. Then just last March my gallbladder infected my liver and pancreas.. Once again, A BIG THANK YOU TO GOD!! Oh and did I mention that when I was born, my insides were on the outside?? My abdominal wall did not close, and all my spaghetti was hanging out.. Yeah, the human body is one hell of a strong and amazing thing..

I definitely take more time to warm up, and focus more on the functional aspect of training..
