Well its its bulk time and I usually eat a ribeye after every training session and saw this bad boy so I bought this one and 4 other ribeyes for my post workout meals. Made up my 20 burgers, 20 hotdogs, and 15lbs of potatoes for the rest of the week or until Friday night. Get ur bulk on gentlemen!!
 
I’ve never seen the rib left on lol. That’s pretty cool.
I just slammed my post workout double carnitas burrito from chipotle.

I was going to ask , eventually ..! What your meal prep consists of. Bulk, that is..!

So alot of potatoes.., dogs n burgers and occasional steak
( Ribeye as you stated ) any sweet potatoes..? Ricez oatmael, ah. (oats in the shakes ) i used to get 5 lb bags of the beef 90% lean better price, same thing I'd cook on Sunday & Weds BBQ usually just like the stuff in let the coals take care of potatoes & sweet potatoes after the meats. I can see a "Quality" hot dog an easy option for getting some macros in ) convenient .

Used to do 1lb chx , 1 lb beef & 18 eggs every day 3/4 dry measure oats twice, brown rice, Sweet potatoes. Salads & all.sorts of fibrous veggies ( there isn't any I don't like )
Lucky, I know guys that can't stand veggies. & It's sad.
Their so important, & good for you.

Slowly making my way into this regimen now, up 4.5 lbs from yesterday , I'll be over 200 again In a week , or by Sunday. Have burgers, chops & a chunk of sirloin at work for tonight. Looks good, gotta go get something for now.
 
My bulk, I do overnights, 1 cup of oats with mutant weight gainer ( 2 scoops) 1 banana, 1/4 cup blueberries, and whole milk till the mix is swimming, in fridge overnight. Get up, hit my gh, wait 40mins then eat. It’s about 1000 cals, 50 protein, 160 carbs or so. I eat rice and beans, and potatoes only during bulk. My post workout is always steak, my post shake is a carton of egg whites, 1 banana, and 1 cup of oats mixed in a blender.

I go for 100g carbs in each meal with 8oz beef, 6 times a day, plus my breakfast and post meal, then everything else I cram, like ice cream.

How the hell you cook 15lbs of potatoes lol. Fuck I need to learn how to eat enough for a good bulk. Started with 1.5lbs ground beef today. Might have to bump it up

5lbs at a time, 20mins at a boil. My Sunday consists on shopping and prepping all day and cooking is quick. My grill never sleeps, I’m the only dude in the snow grilling away!!

The nutrition panel on that mutant weight gain looks to be a pretty nice balance of healthy carbs, never heard of it.
.✓ 'd it out on Amazon , I use BSN True Mass at times , others at times Universal Gainer ..?? Something like that .
Their vanilla is just like DQ, or a soft serve I should say.

Now I'm more motivated to get to prepping & being "once" again prepared as I used to be.

Anxious for a quality 15-22, 23 or so hopefully lbs this

you will get it brother!!! Keep it simple and have variety!! Don’t eat the same thing everyday, keep yoirself wanting to eat not a chore to eat!!
 
2 buddies each had a 38 oz. Tomahawk last week when I visited Atlanta for work, huge slab of meat. (Well, 30 oz, the bone was 8 oz.).
Still, amazing. Fat guy was still drinking beer, having desert. Skinny guy was hurting all next day. : )
